Grandpa's Farm

Today we made a trip down to Tennessee to visit Gerald's family. Garrett had lots of fun being shown around the farm and meeting Grandpa's horses and his mule, Ginny, who just had her baby colt this morning :) We found some great buys at a local flea market and ate on the square. It was a great day! Oh, and Garrett turns 1 next month! Yes, 1!! I am quickly remembering our good friends, Kara and Tyler, telling us right after Garrett was born to enjoy every moment because their little boy Carson was getting ready to turn one in a few hours and they didn't know where the time had gone. Wow, they were right! It flies :)! Birthday plans in the works...... SO FUN!! Happy Mother's Day to all of you fellow moms out there! Isn't being a mother a wonderful blessing?! Have a great day!!
